Flow breaks new ground: like his previous project Away, Flow contains no dialogue. However, while he previously worked solo, this time the director collaborated with several studios: Dream Well, Sacrebleu Productions, and Take Five.
We had the opportunity to interview Gints Zilbalodis, who discussed the storyline, his decision to work with a team, the animation process, working with the studios, the message he hopes to convey, and the challenges posed by a limited budget.
He also shared his thoughts on the film’s reception and gave us some hints about his next project!
